HOW I GOT HERE
I started coaching in the early 1990’s because I knew there had to be a better way to get people where they want to go in their professional life. I envisioned a streamlined method that meshed my knowledge of systemic processes with my talents for critical insight, communication, teaching and bringing people together. It’s all enhanced by advanced, cutting edge tools to concretize the process -- and it works!
